Appointments to see the doctors are preferred but we do accept walk in appointments. However there could be a wait. Urgent consultations and children are always given priority.

Every consultation is different and some may require more time than others. It is important to inform reception staff if you require a longer consult to prevent delays for other patients.

You are still able to see a doctor even if you have not presented with a Medicare Card if you are a current patient.
If you are a new patient and have failed to bring in a Medicare Card upon your consultation additional fees may apply for the consultation.

YES, it is apart of the clinic Policy that if a patient requires a prescription, test results or a referral that thy MUST make an appointment to see one of our doctors.
